WorldConcert Makes Enterprise Bakers Dozen

WorldConcert recently announced that it has been named to HRO Today Magazine's "Enterprise Bakers Dozen" list of top recruitment process outsourcing firms.

The Bakers Dozen list is considered by HRO Today to be the "flagship product of the survey" singling out the "top providers in RPO." The ranking reflects the service provided by WorldConcert and its associates.

"The WorldConcert team is pleased to be part of the Baker's Dozen," WorldConcert Managing Partner Jack Downing said. "Through our network of nine offices and over 100 recruiters, and through the global reach of CDI, we are proud that our hands-on approach to delivering '100% accountability' has been recognized by our clients."

Each year HRO Today compiles three lists: Enterprise Bakers Dozen, Global Leaders and Leading Project/On Demand Providers. All of the lists are based on surveys completed by HR executives currently using RPO services.

This year's results are based on more than 375 respondents, each rating RPO providers on the breadth of their service, the size of the programs they manage and the quality of service they provide.

"We appreciate the confidence our clients have shown in the services we provide," Ed Zetusky, senior vice president of CDI-Talent Management, WorldConcert's alliance associate, said. "We look forward to continuing on this positive path of providing world-class RPO services to our clients through the CDI suite of products and alliances with quality RPO providers like WorldConcert."

HRO Today covers the latest industry trends in human resources outsourcing, services, shared services and operations.

"In an industry with more than 300 providers, WorldConcert has emerged in just a few years into one of the top RPO providers in the space," Elliot Clark, CEO of HRO Today Magazine, said. "They have been able to bring on some very strong brands as customers and to develop good programs that have solidly anchored them as a competitor with the other top-tier firms."
